Kelly Dachtler

Kelly Dächtler is a serial entrepreneur whose career has been dedicated to projects focused on improving human well-being through innovation and design. At Digital Trends Media Group, he produced award-winning content and campaigns for major brands including Porsche, Samsung, Verizon, and GM. Kelly co-founded The Clymb, which became the fastest-growing active-lifestyle company in history, with over $250M in cumulative revenue and over $25M in venture capital raised during his tenure as CEO . He has advised global companies including Nike, Target, and adidas, as well as numerous startup and growth stage companies.

Michelle Miller

Chief Creative Officer + Co Founder

Michelle Miller is an accomplished creative executive,who is passionate innovation and story-telling. Prior tocofounding Lumio, she served as Nike’s Global ConceptDirector, leading the company’s creative vision for high-profile events such as the London, Sochi, and RioOlympic Games, World Cup, and countless productlaunches. Michelle began her career at New York City’sMuseum of Modern Art and has since gained twodecades of experience delivering ground-breakingcreative for global brands. She holds a BFA in Fine Artfrom University of Rochester and is an alumni of theLEAD Innovation program at Stanford UniversityGraduate School of Business.

Britt Reyes

Vice President Operations

Britt Reyes is an experienced operations leader and team builder. Through leadership roles at Nike, Engin Creative, and Opus Agency, Britt has led multi-disciplinary teams across the worlds of immersive and digital marketing, and interactive technology.  She has led event marketing initiatives for the world’s most innovative companies including Amazon, Apple, Intel, adidas, Google, Meta, Salesforce and Alaska Airlines - as well as artists including One Direction and Alicia Keys. Britt began her career in the non-profit sector serving refugee communities before developing programming for an international NGO in Cambodia and is passionate about creating equity and representation in the world through the intersectionality of art accessibility, interactive design, and impactful experiential events.
